Capture One Pro Pricing
Capture One offers a variety of pricing options for its photo editing software. The Capture One Pro 22 is available as a perpetual license for $299. Upgrades from select previous generations start at $159. There is also a subscription option starting at $20 per month.
The software comes with three device activations, meaning it can run on three different computers. Unique to the mobile app, there are always ten device activations.

Payment Method
Capture One allows users to add, update, or remove payment methods. This can be done under the 'Account Details and Payment Methods' tab in the Order History section. To access this, log into your Capture One account, navigate to Order History, then View, and finally Account Details and Payment Methods.
To add a new payment method, click on the Add Payment Method button in the upper-right corner and choose a preferred payment method. Note that acceptable payment methods vary depending on your location, the currency of the order, and the type of product in the order.
To change your current payment method, add a new one first. If you have an active subscription that needs to use a new payment method for further renewals, go to the Subscriptions tab -> Manage -> Update payment method. The new payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.) will be assigned to the specific subscription and used for further renewals. Note that the currency the subscription was initially purchased in and the currency of a new payment method should be the same.
To remove a payment method, go to the relevant payment method under the Account Details and Payment Methods tab -> Manage -> Remove. Note that any payment method can be removed ONLY IF it is not used by an active subscription.

How To Open A Capture One Pro Account?
To create an account on Capture One, follow these steps:
- Visit captureone.com and click on the Account icon.
- If you don't have an account, choose the Sign up option.
- Enter the e-mail address that you want to use for creating an account and click Send verification code.
- Check your e-mail box to find the message from Capture One with the verification code. Copy and paste it to the required field. Then click Verify.
- After entering the password in the required field you need to checkmark the box below to agree with the privacy policy. Afterwards, click Create account.
Your account has been created. This account includes your e-mail and password that you can use to log into the website for software download and other services. It is also necessary to activate your copy of the software.
Remember, the first time you visit a new website, when you want to log in, you will have to re-enter your password. If you don't remember your password, follow the Forgot Password procedure.
Capture One Pro Return Policy?
Capture One offers a full refund within one year from when the order was placed as long as the acquired license key has not been used to activate the software. Once the license key has been used for activation, it is considered as “unsealed”, and the order cannot be refunded.
Capture One subscriptions are set to automatic renewal by default. If a user does not wish to renew the subscription for another month or year, it should be cancelled before the renewal date.
For purchases made through the Capture One web store, the All in One bundle follows the same refund policy as the Capture One Pro subscription. Once the All in One bundle has been activated, it is considered as “unsealed”, and the order can no longer be refunded.
Capture One Styles are considered non-refundable once they have been downloaded. However, if the same Styles pack has been purchased twice, the Customer Service Team can help refund the duplicate styles.
To get a refund for purchases made through Capture One web store, the Customer Service team should be contacted. If the product was acquired through an official reseller, the reseller should be contacted directly for a refund.
Please note, the 14-days “cooling off” refund right does not apply to software purchases which are considered non-refundable upon unsealing.
